Work begins
The price you agreed is what you pay. If something needs to change mid-project, we'll talk about it before doing anything that costs more.
Common questions
Do you offer payment in instalments?
Yes, for smaller jobs. Most projects are split 50% upfront and 50% on completion. If the project is larger we can work out a staged payment schedule.
Do I need hosting if I already have it?
No. We can build and deploy to your existing setup. If there are any compatibility issues we'll flag them during the quote. If we can offer you better or more reliable hosting, we'll let you know.
What if I need changes after launch?
Small changes (text, photos, hours) are included if you're on our hosting plan. Anything bigger gets a separate quote first.
How long does a typical project take?
A standard website build is 1 to 4 weeks from sign-off to launch. If you need it done faster that's usually possible, but it will cost more. SEO takes 3 to 6 months before you see meaningful movement. Security audits are usually done within a week.
Do you work with businesses outside Bristol?
Yes. Most of our work is done remotely anyway. We're in Bristol but we've worked with clients across the UK.
